1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and phcas (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phcas online gaming platform located at https://phcas.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

You must not use a false identity or provide false information. phcas reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All documents submitted must be valid, legible, and unaltered. phcas employs strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

You must immediately notify phcas customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. phcas is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

phcas accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer through Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and cryptocurrency where available. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. phcas reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined at the time of transaction.

3.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

Most deposit methods on phcas are processed instantly or within a few minutes. In some cases, deposits may take longer due to payment provider processing times or security checks. phcas does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

If a deposit fails or is declined, please contact your payment provider or phcas customer support for assistance. Funds debited from your account but not credited to your phcas balance will be investigated and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 72 hours.

3.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

phcas is committed to responsible gaming practices. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits by contacting customer support. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours to protect against impulsive behavior.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals may be requested through the same payment methods used for deposits, subject to verification requirements. phcas processes most withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 1 to 4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. phcas reserves the right to set withdrawal limits based on account verification status, gaming history, and payment method.

4.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, phcas may require identity verification (KYC) documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. You may only withdraw funds that have been fairly won in accordance with these Terms. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms are subject to forfeiture.

phcas reserves the right to deduct administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests or for withdrawals below the minimum threshold. Funds subject to active wagering requirements (bonus conditions) cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

phcas offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotional page and must be accepted before claiming.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, betting patterns solely designed to profit from bonuses, or any other form of advantage play, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Forfeiture and Cancellation

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.2 Game Integrity

All games on the phcas platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer protocols that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated. phcas reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, breach of responsible gaming policies, or at our sole discretion. Upon closure by phcas, we will return any legitimate balance to you, subject to deductions for any amounts owed to us.

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to inactivity fees or closure at phcas's discretion. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phcas services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phcas services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact phcas customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phcas regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by phcas of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from phcas. phcas may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.
